📦 Domestic Orders – Exchange Policy

  • Valid Exchange Period: Products purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Inspection Reminder: We kindly request you to carefully check your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any issue (missing items, wrong or defective products), please report it within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • After this time frame, we may not be able to accommodate any claims or complaints.

✅ Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid reason for the exchange must be provided (e.g., wrong item, size issue, or defect).

  • Original invoice must be included.

  • If the customer simply wants to exchange due to size dissatisfaction or preference change, they will be responsible for return shipping costs (return address will be shared by our team).

❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless they are defective or incorrect). Please note, exchange processing time for sale items may be longer.

🌍 International Orders – Exchange Policy

Currently, Sheeza D does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you have received a wrong or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

📸 Important Note: Please take clear pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order. Keep them safe in case there’s a need to file a complaint about missing or incorrect items. This will help us resolve your issue efficiently.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Sheeza D does not offer cash refunds. However, if an exchange is not possible, you may receive a store credit coupon of equal value, valid for use on our online store. You can use this coupon on your next purchase at any time. Please read the coupon terms for more details.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking ID will be sent. After dispatch, our exchange policy applies.
