📦 Sheeza D Clothing – Shipping & Payment Policy

At Sheeza D, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience both locally and internationally. Please read the following details carefully regarding our shipping timelines, payment methods, and delivery policies.

💳 Payment Methods

Local Customers (Pakistan):
For customized stitched orders, a 50% advance payment is required. Our Customer Care Team will share bank details with you once your order is confirmed.

International Customers:
International customers are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Complete payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Unstitched & Ready-to-Wear (Pret): 3–4 working days

  • Customized Stitched Orders: 6–8 working days

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are considered non-working days and are not included in the delivery timeline.

📬 Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Free Shipping on all orders

  • International Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery destination.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.

You can use the tracking number to check your order status directly on the courier’s website.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Important:

  • If a customer fails to pay customs duties or does not respond to courier communication and the package is marked as abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

  • If the customer refuses delivery after shipment, Sheeza D reserves the right to deduct the following from any eligible refund:

    1. Initial shipping cost paid at the time of order

    2. Return shipping charges

    3. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process
